At Illume Fertility, Chen coordinates and supports clinical research studies that directly involve patients during their fertility treatment journeys while also informing future standards of care.

His work helps ensure studies are thoughtfully designed, data is accurately managed, and research remains closely connected to real patient experiences.

Chen has played a key role in supporting Illume-led research initiatives, including the PROGRESS Study and the GRACE Study, which aim to expand understanding of fertility treatment outcomes and improve access to care for a broader range of patients.
