Sunfish is not a direct lender, but their platform includes the option to access loans for financing. The Sunfish IVF Success Program itself is a package deal with a partial money-back guarantee and other services like unlimited embryo transfers.

Sunfish provides access to a marketplace of lenders (separate from the IVF Success Program). If you're looking to spread out treatment costs and reduce financial stressors upfront, you can apply for a loan from one of their financing partners.

Loans may be used to cover the cost of Sunfish's IVF Success Program, or other fertility expenses, including medication, donor costs, and surrogacy.

The Sunfish IVF Success Program is a flat-fee IVF bundle for self-pay patients that simplifies payment and coordination during treatment.

If your cycle is canceled before egg retrieval for a medical reason, the Sunfish IVF Success Program includes up to one canceled cycle per package, with an opportunity to try again within the membership window as outlined in your agreement.

Future Family’s pre-approval process takes only 90 seconds to complete and won't affect your credit score. Once you've finished your screening, you will be able to see an estimate of the loan you may qualify for and plan your next steps.

If you decide to move forward with a loan from Future Family, they will then perform a hard credit inquiry.

Future Family recommends applicants have a FICO score of 680 or higher to get started. Checking your rate or prequalifying for a loan will not affect your credit score.

Future Family can make funding available in as little as 24 hours, with pre-approval decisions available in just minutes. The exact timeline can vary depending on whether your clinic is a partner of Future Family or not. (Illume Fertility is a partner clinic.)

Here's what a typical timeline might look like after you've received pre-approval:

• After all parties have signed the loan agreement, funding can be disbursed in as little as 24 to 48 hours.
• For patients at Future Family partner clinics, funds are typically disbursed directly to the clinic, pharmacy, and other approved third parties within 1 to 3 business days.
• If you use a non-partner clinic, more documentation may be required. The Future Family team will work with you to determine your disbursement schedule.

Future Family pays your fertility clinic, pharmacy, and approved third parties associated with your Future Family IVF payment plan directly. This means you won't have to worry about individual bills—one less thing for you to keep track of during your IVF or egg freezing journey.
