Sarah Waters is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at Illume Fertility with more than 25 years of experience in reproductive medicine.

She plays a key role in clinical trial research, data management, fertility care, and genetics, helping ensure patients receive comprehensive, evidence-based care throughout their fertility journey.

Sarah contributes across multiple areas of care at Illume Fertility, bringing deep expertise to the systems and processes that help us deliver high-quality, comprehensive fertility treatment.

Her work spans fertility care, genetics, clinical research operations, and reporting, strengthening individual patient experiences while also advancing broader clinical excellence.

Sarah also leads data management for Illume, tracking IVF cycle outcomes and coordinating annual reporting to the Society of Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART), reflecting our longstanding commitment to transparency and honesty.
