Shenae Hagans is a Financial Coordinator at Illume Fertility, where she helps patients understand their fertility benefits, insurance coverage, and financial options throughout their family-building journey. Since joining the team in June 2024, she has worked closely with patients to answer coverage questions, coordinate financial clearances, and help remove barriers to treatment.
